It's February. It's hard to believe that a month has already gone by in 2012. It seems like we were just lighting the fireworks, cheering, and shouting, "Happy New Year!"
As the years go by at a rate that seems to get faster and faster as I get older, I am learning time and time again that life is a journey. I look back now at past obstacles and trials I went through, and I can see in a lot of those instances how God was trying to teach me something, protect me from something, or reveal Himself to me. He proves amazing and trustworthy ever second of every day. There will be bumps and hills in your road of life, but God can and will carry you through those times, even if He doesn't do what you'd like Him to do, or He doesn't answer your prayers in the way you think He will or want Him to.
So even if the scenery along your road isn't the prettiest, or even if the sky is gray, or even if the road seems endless, keep on keeping on.
'Cause God is with you every step of the way.
"So don't you give up now; the sun will soon be shining. You've gotta face the clouds to find the silver lining. I've seen dreams that move the mountains, hope that doesn't ever end - even when the sky is falling. I've seen, miracles just happen, silent prayers get answered, broken hearts become brand new. That's what faith can do." - What Faith Can Do, Kutless
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it." - Matthew 7:13-14
